FOR EMPLOYERS

Hire the people your business actually needs

If you cannot fill a role from the local market, you can recruit from offshore — but only through an accreditation and job check process that Immigration New Zealand takes seriously. Aimee makes that side of it straightforward.

THE PROBLEM AIMEE SOLVES

EMPLOYER FAQS

Questions businesses ask

Accreditation must be in place before you can lodge a job check, and the job check is what allows you to support an Accredited Employer Work Visa. Start the accreditation conversation well before you need the worker.

It varies with volume and with how complete your application is. Straightforward applications from employers with clean records move considerably faster.

Disclose them and address them. Immigration New Zealand can and does check employment standards history. A resolved issue is very different from one discovered during assessment.

AIM International is an immigration advisory practice, not a recruitment agency. Aimee tells you which occupations and markets are realistic and how to structure a role so the visa side works.

That is a commercial decision, though some costs sit legally with the employer. Aimee sets out which fees are whose before anyone commits.
